Welcome to Miami Florida and the Avenue Hotel Miami. Our hotel is nestled in a quiet residential-like corner of Brickell Avenue at the foot of the Key Biscayne Rickenbacker Causeway. Our location makes getting around Miami quick and easy from US-1 to Interstate-95, 385 and the Dolphin Expressway (SR-836).
Directions from Miami International Airport (MIA):

Exit the airport towards Miami and head east on the Dolphin Expressway (SR-836). Continue for about 4 miles (there is a toll plaza) to Interstate-95 and travel south. Continue just over two miles to exit 1A at SW 25th Road and turn left. The hotel is at the intersection of US-1 (Brickell Avenue) and SW 25th Road.
From Ft. Lauderdale and Points North on I-95:
Travel south on Interstate-95 to exit 1A at SW 25th Road and the Rickenbacker Causeway to key Biscayne. Turn left at SW 25th Road and the hotel is at the intersection of US-1 (Brickell Avenue).
From Florida’s Turnpike to the North:
Travel south on the Florida Turnpike to SR-836 (Dolphin Expressway) and travel east towards the Miami International Airport. Head east for about 12 miles to Interstate-95 and travel south. Continue just over two miles to exit 1A at SW 25th Road and turn left. The hotel is at the intersection of US-1 (Brickell Avenue) and SW 25th Road.
From Key Largo, Homestead and Points South:
Route 1 – Travel north on US-1 to Downtown Miami and Brickell Avenue to SW 25th Road. (This route is not likely to be the fastest due to traffic but it is direct)
Route 2 – Travel north on the Florida Turnpike to SR-874 (Don Shula Expressway) and continue north for about 4 miles. Take the SR-878E exit to Kendall and travel for just under 3 miles to US-1. Turn left and head north on US-1 to Brickell Avenue and SW 25th Road.
